Cancellation Policy
Hey there,
With Mark Robert Hypnotherapy, I am all about results and respect. I know life can throw curveballs, and plans change. If you need to adjust your appointment, here's how it works:

1. Appointment Changes
​
Appointments are in high demand and your advanced notice will allow other clients to access your appointment time. If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please let me know at least 24 hours beforehand. You can reach out by calling or messaging me on 07810 371551, or emailing me at mark@markroberthypnotherapy.com

2. The Respect Thing
​
Time is valuable, and so is yours. Appointments cancelled with less notice than 24 hours or no-shows (clients not turning up for scheduled sessions) incurs a cancellation fee, which is the full charge (100%) of the session fee. This covers the time I set aside for you, and it's only fair to everyone involved. No-shows, late cancellations and late arrivals not only inconvenience me, but also other clients.

I understand that extenuating circumstances may arise and I will make exceptions to our cancellation policy on a case-by-case basis.

3. Finding a New Slot
​
I am here to help. If you need to reschedule, let's make it happen. Reach out, and I will do my best to find another spot that fits your schedule.
