If you’re tired of waking up exhausted, struggling through daily pain, and feeling like no one truly understands what you're going through—you're not alone.

I know this because I’ve been there.

​

In the summer of 2024, my world was turned upside down by fibromyalgia. At my worst, I could barely stand, let alone climb the stairs to my own bedroom. I spent most of that summer lying on a mattress on the floor of my lounge, too fatigued and in too much pain to do otherwise. Doctors had few answers beyond medication, and I felt trapped in my own body.

But everything changed when I started applying hypnotherapy, NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), and other psycho-sensory techniques—drawing from my years of training as a clinical hypnotherapist and NLP coach.

​

Within weeks, my pain eased, my energy improved, and my mind became clearer. For the first time, I felt like myself again.

​

That’s not to say I never experience flare-ups—but I now recognise my triggers, manage symptoms more effectively, and recover faster when they do happen. I no longer feel the condition defines me.
