One of the most common questions I’m asked is whether hypnotherapy works as well online as it does in person. The simple answer is yes — and in many ways, it can be even better.

You can settle into your favourite chair, wrap yourself in a blanket, and fully relax — which is exactly the state we want for hypnosis to work at its best.
