Over the years, we've seen countless fad diets come and go. From the popular Paleo Diet to the extreme and dangerous Tapeworm Diet (yes, you read that correctly—people in the early 1900s actually ingested live tapeworms to induce vomiting and diarrhea in an attempt to lose weight!), each new trend claims to be the ultimate solution.


While some of these diets may lead to temporary weight loss (excluding the Tapeworm Diet, which carried a high risk of death), the results never last. The weight inevitably returns. Why? The simple reason is that these diets fail to address the underlying issue—your relationship with food.
