Hypnosis is a communications link from your conscious to your subconscious allowing you direct access to the root cause of the problem. This enables you to re-frame your subconsciousness for positive lasting change. Put it this way, if you do not like an app on your phone you can easily remove it and replace it with a new and better app. This is what hypnosis will do for your mind!

 

ABOUT ME

10 years ago I would never have imagined that I would be now running a successful hypnotherapy practice in Surrey! My life now is very different to then.  I ran a successful business that paid well but was very unhappy with the direction my life was going and felt overwhelmed with the stress and anxiety. In words, I felt stuck in a rut!

It was at my lowest point that I decided to make that radical change. I am now happily married with a beautiful, blended family and 2 dogs, I have changed to a plant-based diet, have a career that I am passionate about, living in the lovely village of Byfleet in Surrey and living a life I always wanted to live!

It hasn’t been easy, but the hardest bit was committing to the decision to make that change. I realised that the only thing holding me back was my own restrictive beliefs that had been built up and compounded over the years.

I simply started with changing my belief system. Re-framed and re-programmed the way I saw the world and how I behaved to situations. This is what sparked my interest in NLP and then hypnosis.

I had suddenly found something I could be passionate about (very cliché, I know!). I love that Hypnotherapy and NLP is a powerful combination to bring positive long-term changes to your life.
